Post nine

What would i change about my career? Actually, i don´t have so much problems about the subjects. I do think that are some subjects that are a Little under level of the others, like musical investigation or the courses that are related to musicology and that stuffs. It doesn´t bother in fact, because I don´t like that side anyway, but that doesn´t mean that is good. I know that are people who would like to know more about it, and its sad for them.

Now that I remember, there is a subject that I think that need more importance, because of the times where we are, and is the “music and digital medias”,Specially the part of recording programs(adobe audition). This semester we have this course and is still a little sloppy about what to teach. I know that maybe are classmates that doesn´t understand anything, and that´s bad, and I believe that is such an important knowledge nowadays.it´s like we learn more how to connect all things to record, but not to do it instead. Maybe a change of teacher, or more time of classes, with more concentration in what is necessary to the course. I don´t say that the tips that are given aren´t important, but it need to be tips and not to use too much time of the class.

Something that is obvious for all is that is necessary to change of building.Also, I think that is difficult to do it, but I think that maybe it can be fixed or better distributed, using the places that don´t have any function, and having them for use of the students. If we just have money…

Well, This are the things that I can complain about at the time i´ve been in this career. Hopefully, there are not so much for me… or maybe i´m just too positive.

Places to eat with Junaeb

im going to talk you about places i eat with Junaeb:

Normally, the place where i buy with Junaeb is the mythical "espacio M", which have a lot of fast food restaurants who accept this card, but i think that my favourite is, by far, Tarragona. I really love chicken, and with french fries is just delicious. The best menu is a quarter chicken with french fries, its like 3 lucas, but if you are hungry, you will not regret.

Another menu that you can buy if you are really hungry is a "menú Palena" from Pedro Juan y Diego, that is a metro club combo.You need a metro paycheck superior to three thousand pesos, but you can steal them on the metro itself.Also, in this location, they don´t ask for it. This menu has two of all, that is two hamburgers,2 french fries and 2 sodas.

Then, we have the Junaeb menu from Juan Maestro, also known as "Menu Figo". this is a healthier menu, that brings a lot of lettuce, corn, avocado and meat(i don´t remember if it have tomato).It´s very good and you don´t end hungry after eat it.
Because it is a Junaeb menu, the price of this is one thousand and three hundred pesos(or 3 hundred pesos more, if you want dessert), so it is very cheap.it have a light or zero coke too.

Summer Vacation

I haven´t thought  about it yet, and I believe that I won´t do it anyway, so probably I will do what I always do in summer vacation.

Normally, I am not so good to travel, because the typical place you go is the beach, and I hate it.Well, I don´t hate it, but I don´t like the heat or the sun, neither the sand, so I can say im not a beach person.

If I travel, I would like to go to the south. I like more the weather there, and I can rest a little of the stress of the city. I don´t know exactly where to go, but at least I have what side to choose.

Also, I would like to stay for a month in Santiago to do all the things you can do here when all the people are in another place. Santiago is nicer with less people, at least for me. You can walk a little more without crushing with other person. I´d like to go to a lot of concerts and plays.Staying her in Santiago, I can work in some projects that I have and some  that I haven´t done because of time amd piano.

I also would like to travel to another country, but honestly, i think im too lazy to do it. I  believe that i hate a little to travel, because of the time you spend in organizate and getting to the place. I didn`t discover this today, but is something i  realize now.If I travel i would like to go to a place with snow. Snow is great.

Postgraduate studies

 
 Actually, i´ve been thinking a lot about it and i realized that my plan is a little bit of all. First of all, i have the idea to finish this career and one of his specializations(teacher specialized in music theory or choire director).After that, i pretend to take the composition postgrade, just because i like it and it'll be nice to study it and dedicate to that maybe, or even to have it for complement to other projects.

Something i´m very sure i´ll do is to specializate in an instrument, like electric guitar or singing,with a more popular perspective of music. This is something that i have in mind a long time ago. Even when i take this career, i did it having in mind this option. I play guitar since i was 12 years old and its like something i really need to do in my life. I don´t know if it´s better to take it in part time, something like particular teacher, or entering to a school like projazz or "Escuela Moderna".Actually, now i have been taking popular singing class with a particular teacher for a while, and it´s very interesting. I believe that maybe next year i could study guitar in that way too(when i fhinish with the singing classes of course, or i will die of hunger).

My future job

I really don´t know exactly what i want to do with my life in the future yet.I always wanted to work in a lot of things, like in a restaurant or an ice cream shop(Actually, many of them was related to food), but now i only know that i want it to be related to music.

I would like to work as a music director,i think that more of chorus than orchestra, because of the time that needs each of one. I like a lot directing, but its no the only thing that i would like to do actually. I also like the idea of teaching. Since i was a child that i like it, and i feel its interesting yet.

  Also, i pretend to create and play music for ever and ever, until the end of times. It´s something that every musician should do always, creating, in my case, what i feel in the moment, or maybe not, i don´t know, but i will do it. I want to play a lot in the future, with my band or with any project that appear. I believe that is the easier to do, but the more difficult to dedicate, maybe. I have faith.

MUSIC

i think it´s not necessary to talk about how important is music to me, so im going to talk more about the music i like:

Styles that i normally listen are jazz and classical music, but what really like is Rock. Is what i enjoy hearing the most and what i normally play on guitar (or sing). Its a good style to listen when you want to do things too, like cleaining and make order. I used to study with rock too, but now i can´t because...well, i can´t study music with music.

My favorite band is Muse. is one of that bands for me that i don´t listen a lot, because when i do it i can´t stop listened to them.I feel that i can listen to a lot of styles listening to them, and i love that. I can´t even say what is my favorite song, but i really know the one that i hate.it´s called "Sing For Absolution"(don´t search it).I´m going to put one song that i think is one of the best.Sadly it isn´t famous at all i think.

My best Concert

   The craziest concert that i have gone and the one that remember the most was the "Santiago Gets louder".It was a Festival of rock/Metal with a lot of artists.First, it was supposed to lasts two days, but then they put the two days in one.That was better for me, because i couldn´t go both days.














The concert was on the ex-airport of Cerrillos.There were 4 stages at total, but they were two principals.they were next to each other,literally.They were divided with a kind of fence, but you could see to the other side yet.












When i arrived there, it was playing Weichafe in one side, but i listened to them from the other side to expect Gojira. Then, at same stage, it was Deftones.In that moment, me and my friends went to a lot of moshs(i don´t regret nothing).When they finished, we expected for SOAD, that was the last band of the day and, Meanwhile, we heard Faith No More in the other place. It was a really funny and exhausting day of rock,mosh, and things like that(except food, it was too expensive for me).
